Booking themes

Reinvention without starting from zero. How previous chapters become a toolkit rather than baggage.

Leadership without certainty. Preparation, listening, trust, accountability, and adaptation when the answer is not obvious.

The athlete mindset after sport. What endurance, competitiveness, recovery, and performance teach you, and what sometimes has to be unlearned.

Women in male dominated spaces. Building competence, entering unfamiliar rooms, and moving without waiting for permission.

Wellness and resilience. Sustainable performance, practical support, and the difference between resilience and simply pushing harder.

Entertainment, visibility, and purpose. How a life spent in visible careers eventually redirected toward making other people visible.

The throughline

Cornett spent much of her earlier career in worlds built around visibility and performance. Professional sport taught her what sustained effort, recovery, fatigue, preparation, and declining capability feel like from inside the body. Entertainment taught her how attention, storytelling, and recognition work.

Today, those experiences inform a very different kind of work: practical sustainment, support, honor, and recognition for frontline personnel whose work is often essential and unseen.

Selected background

Cornett spent nine years as a professional triathlete competing internationally across 16 countries, including as SCOTT USA's only sponsored female off road triathlete on the XTERRA World Tour.

Her entertainment work includes television, film, stunt, producing, and talent and production agency experience. She has been a SAG-AFTRA member since 2011. Selected credits include Hawaii Five-0, Reno 911!, Passions, Jimmy Kimmel, and Surfer, Dude. She currently owns and runs Vital Artists Agency.

Earlier in her career, she worked in information technology with the Cleveland Browns. After the loss of her father, she moved to Hawaii and built community programs supporting foster youth through Tag The World. That work was recognized by the Hawaii House of Representatives.

Today she is Founder and Executive Director of Tags4Lives, an Ohio nonprofit supporting frontline personnel through practical shift sustainment and meaningful recognition.
